Refusal of Unauthorized E-mail Collection

We refuse the unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses posted on this website by means of e-mail collection programs or any other technical devices. Please be advised that violations may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Relevant Law

Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses, etc.)

No person shall collect e-mail addresses through a program or any other technical device that automatically gathers e-mail addresses from an internet homepage without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator.

No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.

No person shall use e-mail addresses, knowing that such addresses are prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under Paragraphs 1 and 2, for the purpose of transmitting information.

Measures in Case of Violation

In the event of a violation, legal action may be taken in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including criminal penalties and claims for damages.
