Chapter 1 [General Provisions]

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, procedures, and other necessary matters between members and OliviaHands in relation to the use of internet-related services provided by OliviaHands (OliviaHands) pursuant to applicable telecommunications and information network laws. 1. Online services provided by OliviaHands 2. Any and all other services independently developed by OliviaHands or provided through cooperation agreements with other companies

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of the terms used in these Terms are as follows: 1. Member: A person who agrees to the Terms of OliviaHands, is granted a user ID and password, and enters into a service use agreement 2. Registration: The act of a person wishing to become a member agreeing to these Terms, filling out the required information in the service application form of OliviaHands, applying for the service agreement, and obtaining approval from OliviaHands 3. ID: The email address set by the member and approved and registered by OliviaHands for the purpose of member identification and service use 4. Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and/or symbols set by the member for identity verification and protection of rights and confidentiality 5. Administrator: A person designated by OliviaHands for the overall management and smooth operation of the service 6. Withdrawal: The termination of the service use agreement by a member due to expiration or other reasons 7. Separate terms and operating rules for individual services may contain separate definitions not defined in these Terms

Article 3 (Notice, Effectiveness, and Amendment of the Terms)

1. The contents of these Terms shall be posted on individual services provided by OliviaHands, on the initial service screen, or announced by other means, and shall become effective for members who agree to them.

2. OliviaHands may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws. In principle, when these Terms are amended, OliviaHands shall notify members of such amendments at least 15 days prior to the effective date pursuant to Paragraph 1.

3. If OliviaHands clearly informs members that failure to express objection by seven days after the effective date of the revised Terms will be deemed acceptance, and the member does not express objection, the revised Terms shall be deemed accepted. If the member does not agree to the revised Terms, the member may terminate the service agreement.

Article 4 (Supplementary Rules)

1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws or customary practices.

2. OliviaHands may determine detailed matters for individual services, and such matters shall be announced through the service guide for the relevant service.

Chapter 2 [Service Use Agreement]

Article 5 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

1. To apply for membership of this service, a user must first read and agree to these Terms. Clicking the "Agree" button online shall be deemed as consent to these Terms.

2. The service use agreement is formed when a person wishing to use the service agrees to these Terms, enters accurate information in the service application form, applies to OliviaHands, and OliviaHands reviews and approves the application. OliviaHands may verify the applicant's real identity.

3. OliviaHands may refuse or cancel registration for any application that falls under any of the following:

1) If the application is made using another person's name 2) If the content of the service application form is false 3) If the applicant has engaged in conduct that harms public peace, order, or morals while using this service 4) If the applicant interferes with another person's service use or misappropriates information 5) If the applicant engages in conduct prohibited by telecommunications laws, information ethics regulations, software protection laws, or other applicable laws and these Terms 6) If the applicant is under 14 years of age 7) If the applicant has been criminally punished for reasons under Item 5 or has previously been denied use of services provided by OliviaHands 8) If required items in the application form designated by OliviaHands are incomplete 9) If the service is used for profit-seeking or improper purposes 10) If the application otherwise violates these Terms or related rules

4. OliviaHands may withhold approval of the following applications until the relevant cause has been resolved:

1) If there is insufficient capacity in service-related facilities 2) If there are technical difficulties

Article 6 (Special Provisions for Minors)

1. Users under the age of 14 must fully understand the purpose of collecting and using personal information, obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian, apply for membership, and provide their personal information.
2. OliviaHands may cancel or deny registration of users under 14 who have not gone through the guardian consent verification procedure.
3. Parents or legal guardians of users under 14 may request access to, correction of, or updating of the child's personal information, or withdraw consent to the membership registration, and in such cases OliviaHands shall take necessary measures without delay.

Article 7 (Changes to Member Information)

1. Members may view and edit their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen.
2. If any information provided during registration changes, the member must update it online or notify OliviaHands by email or other means.
3. OliviaHands shall not be liable for any disadvantage caused by a member's failure to notify such changes under Paragraph 2.

Article 8 (Privacy Policy)

1. OliviaHands shall take necessary measures to protect and manage members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and such matters shall be posted in the Privacy Policy of OliviaHands. The protection and use of personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and the privacy policy of OliviaHands.
In addition, OliviaHands shall not be responsible for information exposed due to the fault of the user.
2. OliviaHands may use members' information for the purpose of providing more diverse information services and related benefits such as online shopping, online education, community services, and job information.
In addition, when OliviaHands provides member information to partners, it shall notify members in advance of the partner company, purpose, and details of the information to be used, and obtain consent. If a member does not want OliviaHands to use personal information or provide it to partners, the member may decline to use specific services or participate in promotional activities or events, and may reject unwanted services at any time via email or other means.
3. OliviaHands may compile and use aggregate statistical data on all or part of members' personal information in connection with its business. OliviaHands may also send cookies to members' computers when providing services. In this case, members may refuse cookies or change browser settings to warn about cookies.
4. When a member enters personal information in the application form and applies for service use pursuant to these Terms, such act shall be deemed consent to the collection, use, and provision of the member information stated in the application form pursuant to these Terms.
5. Members may modify or delete their personal information from time to time through the privacy management section of the service. If a member requests withdrawal of consent to the collection, use, or provision of personal information by visit, in writing, by phone, email, electronic signature, or using a member ID, OliviaHands shall verify identity and, unless otherwise provided by law, take necessary measures such as destroying the relevant personal information without delay. Where such measures are taken, OliviaHands shall notify the user without delay.
6. If a member requests access to or correction of personal information by visit, in writing, by phone, email, electronic signature, or using a user ID, OliviaHands shall verify identity and take necessary measures without delay. If an agent of the member visits and requests access or correction, OliviaHands shall verify whether the person is a legitimate agent, and may require presentation of proof of agency.
7. When the purpose of collecting personal information or the purpose for which it was provided has been achieved, OliviaHands shall destroy such personal information without delay. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
1) Where it is necessary to preserve personal information under laws such as the Commercial Act 2) Where the retention period was notified or specified in advance to the user, or the user separately consented 3) Where 30 days have not elapsed from the date the member withdrew 8. OliviaHands sets the retention period for personal information related to service use as follows, and after the retention period expires, personal information will be separately stored and managed or destroyed. 1) Retention period: Until membership withdrawal 2) Retained items: ID (email), password, name, nickname 3) Basis for retention: Service use (website login, identity verification, information update, customer service inquiries, etc.) 4) After the retention period: Personal information is separately stored/managed or destroyed

Chapter 3 [Obligations of the Parties]

Article 9 (Obligations of OliviaHands)

1. OliviaHands shall continuously endeavor to provide stable services in accordance with these Terms and shall do its best to repair and restore any facility failures. However, it may temporarily suspend the service in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies.
2. OliviaHands shall not disclose or distribute a member's personal information obtained in connection with providing the service to a third party without the member's consent, except in the following cases: 1) Where required by a government agency pursuant to telecommunications laws or other laws 2) Where there is an investigative purpose related to a crime, a request from an information ethics committee, or another request made under applicable legal procedures 3. If opinions or complaints raised by a member are deemed justified, OliviaHands shall handle them promptly. If immediate handling is difficult, the member shall be informed of the reason and schedule.

Article 10 (Obligations of Members)

1. Members are responsible for managing their own ID and password, and any consequences arising from a member's negligence in relation thereto shall be borne by the member.
If a member becomes aware that a third party is using the member's ID, the member shall immediately notify OliviaHands and follow any instructions given by OliviaHands.
2. Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the service:
1) Misappropriating another member's ID, password, or personal information 2) Reproducing information obtained from the service for purposes other than personal service use without approval from OliviaHands, or using it for publication, broadcasting, or providing it to third parties 3) Infringing copyrights or other rights of OliviaHands or others 4) Distributing content or information contrary to public order and morals, or that may cause disruptions to information networks 5) Engaging in acts directly or indirectly related to crime 6) Engaging in other acts that violate laws 7) Entering false information when applying for membership or changing information 8) Impersonating staff, employees, or related persons of OliviaHands 9) Collecting or storing other users' personal information without approval from OliviaHands 3. Members may not engage in business activities using the service without prior approval from OliviaHands, and OliviaHands shall not be liable for the results of such business activities or consequences arising from business activities that violate these Terms. Members shall compensate OliviaHands for damages caused by such activities.
4. Without the express consent of OliviaHands, members may not transfer, assign, gift, or provide as collateral the right to use the service or any position under the service agreement.
5. Members may view and modify their personal information at any time through privacy management. If any information provided at the time of application changes, the member must immediately update it online or by other means, and OliviaHands shall not be responsible for issues caused by failure to update such information.

Chapter 4 [Use of Service]

Article 11 (Scope of Service Use)

Members may use the service with the ID issued upon registration through OliviaHands.

Article 12 (Provision of Information)

OliviaHands may provide members with information deemed necessary for members to know, such as changes in business policy, through service notices, email, or other means.

Article 13 (Fees and Paid Information)

1. Services provided by OliviaHands are generally free of charge. However, separate paid information and services may be used only upon payment of the fees specified for such information and services.
2. In principle, users must pay the applicable fees before using paid services provided by OliviaHands. Payment methods for paid services may include mobile payment, credit card, landline billing, bank transfer, virtual account deposit, prepaid electronic payment methods, etc., and each paid service may support different payment methods. For services billed regularly each month, monthly payment shall continue unless the user discontinues the service and requests cancellation of the recurring payment.

Article 14 (Use of Paid Information and Paid Additional Services)

OliviaHands may request additional personal information from members as necessary to perform payment processing, and members must provide such information accurately. OliviaHands shall not be liable for damages incurred by members due to false or inaccurate personal information provided by members, unless caused by the intentional misconduct or negligence of OliviaHands.

Article 15 (Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Termination by Users of Paid Information and Services)

1. A user who has entered into a contract with OliviaHands for the use of paid information and services may withdraw the application within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of confirmation. However, the user's right of withdrawal may be restricted where OliviaHands has taken any of the following measures: 1) Where the fact that withdrawal is not possible for the content is indicated 2) Where the product has already been provided 3) Where the service was provided in a time-limited or partial-use manner 2. A user may cancel or terminate the content use agreement within 3 months from the date the content was supplied, or within 30 days from the date the user became aware or could have become aware of the fact, where any of the following applies: 1) The content promised under the agreement is not provided 2) The provided content differs from its indication or advertisement or shows a material discrepancy 3) It is otherwise significantly impossible to normally use the content due to defects 3. Withdrawal under Paragraph 1 and cancellation or termination under Paragraph 2 shall become effective when the user expresses such intent to OliviaHands by phone, email, or facsimile.
4. After receiving the user's notice of withdrawal, cancellation, or termination under Paragraph 3, OliviaHands shall respond to the user without delay.
5. Before expressing an intention to cancel or terminate under Paragraph 2, the user may request that defects in the content or service be remedied within a reasonable period.

Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Termination)

1. OliviaHands shall refund the payment within 3 business days from the date the user expresses intention to withdraw from paid information and services, or from the date OliviaHands replies to the user's notice of cancellation or termination, using the same method as the original payment. If refund by the same method is impossible, this shall be notified in advance. If the refund is delayed, OliviaHands shall pay delay interest calculated by applying the interest rate announced by the Fair Trade Commission for the period of delay.
2. When making a refund under Paragraph 1, OliviaHands may deduct the amount corresponding to benefits obtained by the user from using the service.
3. When refunding the payment, if the user paid using a credit card, electronic money, or other payment method, OliviaHands shall request without delay that the relevant payment provider suspend or cancel the billing of the payment, unless the deduction under Paragraph 2 is necessary.
4. Where the party that received payment for paid information and services and the party that entered into the paid service agreement with the user are not the same person, each party shall be jointly responsible for refund obligations arising from withdrawal, cancellation, or termination.
5. OliviaHands shall not claim penalties or damages from the user on the ground of withdrawal. However, the user's cancellation or termination shall not affect claims for damages otherwise available.

Article 17 (Erroneous Payments)

1. If an erroneous payment occurs, OliviaHands shall refund the full amount by the same method used for payment. If refund by the same method is impossible, this shall be notified in advance.
2. If the erroneous payment occurred due to reasons attributable to OliviaHands, it shall refund the full amount regardless of contract costs or fees. However, if the erroneous payment occurred due to reasons attributable to the user, the user shall bear reasonable costs incurred for the refund.
3. If OliviaHands refuses to refund an amount claimed by the user as an erroneous payment, it shall bear the burden of proving that the payment was lawfully charged.

Article 18 (Compensation for User Damage Related to Paid Information and Services)

OliviaHands shall handle standards, scope, methods, and procedures for compensation for user damage related to paid information and services in accordance with the Digital Content User Protection Guidelines.

Article 19 (Member Posts and Use of Community Services)

OliviaHands operates various community boards and comment services so that members may express their opinions and share common interests. If any content posted or registered in such community services is deemed to fall under any of the following, OliviaHands may delete, move, refuse registration of such content, or restrict the poster's use without prior consent. 1. Content that defames or slanders another member or third party 2. Content that distributes or links material contrary to public order and morals 3. Content deemed to be related to criminal conduct 4. Content infringing copyrights or other rights of OliviaHands or others 5. Content exceeding the posting period specified by OliviaHands 6. Cases where a member links to their own homepage or board 7. Posts inconsistent with the nature of the board 8. Cases otherwise deemed to violate applicable laws

Article 20 (Copyright of Posts)

Rights to materials posted on the service are as follows: 1. Rights and responsibilities for posts belong to the poster. However, OliviaHands retains the right to display such posts within the service and the right to process and edit posts created through the use of the service, and the member posting such content is deemed to have consented thereto. 2. Members may not commercially exploit materials posted on the service, such as by processing or selling them.

Article 21 (Service Hours)

1. In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special business or technical impediment.
2. If OliviaHands intends to suspend the service due to regular inspection or other unavoidable reasons, it shall provide prior notice of the reason and duration of the suspension.

Article 22 (Responsibility for Use of the Service)

Except where officially permitted in writing by OliviaHands, members may not engage in any business activities using the service, and in particular may not engage in illegal acts such as hacking, profit-making advertisements, commercial activities through obscene sites, or illegal distribution of commercial software. If a member violates this provision, the member shall bear full responsibility for the resulting consequences, damages, and legal measures taken by relevant authorities.

Article 23 (Suspension of Service Provision)

1. OliviaHands may suspend service provision in any of the following cases:
1) Where unavoidable due to maintenance or construction of service facilities 2) Where a telecommunications carrier under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications service 3) Where there are other force majeure events 2. If service provision is disrupted due to unavoidable reasons such as national emergencies, power outages, facility failures, or excessive demand, OliviaHands may restrict or suspend all or part of the service and shall not bear related liability for deletion of information, failure of transmission, or other communication data loss arising therefrom.
3. Where service use is restricted or suspended under Paragraphs 1 and 2, OliviaHands shall inform members of the reason and period of such restriction or suspension in advance whenever possible.
4. If a user acts in violation of these Terms, OliviaHands may restrict the member's use of the service without prior notice. In such case, OliviaHands may prohibit access by the relevant member and arbitrarily delete all or part of the member's ID or posted content.
5. If, in light of usage rates of IDs and other information set by members upon registration, the purpose of the member's service use, and other relevant circumstances, it becomes necessary to change or delete such ID or information, OliviaHands may recommend that the member do so. If the member does not object, OliviaHands may arbitrarily change or delete such matters.

Chapter 5 [Termination and Restriction of Use]

Article 24 (Termination of Agreement)

1. If a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, the member must personally apply for termination to OliviaHands online or by other means.
2. OliviaHands may terminate the service agreement without prior notice or suspend service use for a fixed period if the member engages in any of the following: 1) Using another person's service ID or password without authorization 2) Intentionally interfering with service operation 3) Intentionally distributing content harmful to public order or morals 4) Planning or executing service use for the purpose of harming national interests or social public interests 5) Damaging another person's reputation or causing disadvantage to another person 6) Sending advertising information against another member's intention 7) Distributing computer viruses or similar programs that destroy, alter, or otherwise disrupt information or communications facilities 8) Infringing the intellectual property rights of OliviaHands or others 9) Receiving a corrective order such as deletion from an outside institution such as the Information Ethics Committee, or an authoritative interpretation from the election commission that the act constitutes illegal election campaigning 10) Improperly using another person's personal information, user ID, or password 11) Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using information obtained from the service without prior approval of OliviaHands 12) Posting obscene material on a board or enabling links from the board to sites containing obscene or otherwise immoral material 13) Violating these Terms or other conditions of use established by OliviaHands

Chapter 6 [Damages and Miscellaneous]

Article 25 (Damages)

OliviaHands shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with free services unless caused by the intentional misconduct or gross negligence of OliviaHands. Paid services shall be governed separately as applicable.

Article 26 (Disclaimer)

1. OliviaHands shall be exempt from liability for providing the service where it is unable to do so due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure events.
2. OliviaHands shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to members.
3. All information, software, products, etc. included in services provided by OliviaHands may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.
     OliviaHands does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided through the service.
4. OliviaHands shall not be liable for any documents or consultation content provided through the service, nor for loss of expected profits arising from use of the service.
     Accordingly, members must consult a qualified professional in advance when making necessary decisions on legal, medical, financial, or other matters.
5. OliviaHands shall not be responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or content of information, materials, or facts posted by members on the service.
6. OliviaHands has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party through the service, and shall not be liable for resulting damages.

Chapter 7 [Advertising]

Article 27 (Advertising)

1. Users of this service are deemed to have agreed to the display of advertisements exposed while using the service.
2. OliviaHands shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a member's participation in, communication regarding, or transaction with advertising or promotional activities of advertisers posted on the service or through the service.

Chapter 8 [Miscellaneous]

Article 28 (Protection of Youth)

As a space freely available to users of all ages, a separate youth protection policy under the Information and Communications Network Act is implemented to protect youth from harmful information and support safe internet use by youth. Specific details can be found on the initial service screen and elsewhere.

Article 29 (Complaint Handling)

OliviaHands receives and processes members' opinions and complaints related to personal information through telephone, written documents, email, or the website. 1. OliviaHands and members may apply for mediation by the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee for prompt and effective resolution of disputes regarding personal information. 2. If litigation is initiated regarding disputes arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of OliviaHands shall have jurisdiction.

[Supplementary Provision]

(Effective Date) These Terms of OliviaHands shall take effect on June 1, 2024.
